What is the Coup de Comedy Festival, you ask? Well, it’s a 4-day comedy extravaganza featuring the best of the best shows, panels and workshops for FREE. This year we are teaming up with Chapman University to launch the Global Improvisation Initiative (GII) Symposium 2017 and make the festival bigger and better than ever before and to bring the comedy community of Orange County together! We’ll be bringing you highest-quality individuals such as Keith Johnstone (a founding father of Improvisation), Aretha Sills (daughter of Paul Sills and granddaughter of Viola Spolin – founders of Improvisation), and so many more, including past favorites like The Resistance and Impro Theatre!
