Tracy Burns (bio on Workshops)
Beth Crosby is a Los Angeles based actor/writer,Groundlings Sunday Co. alum, and creator of numerous viral comedy videos which have garnered millions of hits and have been featured on several major media outlets, including “TMZ”, E!’s “The Daily Ten”, “The Insider”, ABC’s “World News”, NY Post, PerezHilton, BuzzFeed and Huffington Post. Theatre credits include “Sex and the Second City” (Second City National Tour), “Damn Girl!” and “Crosbylicious” (Comedy Central Stage), “Jessica and Hunter LIVE!” (Second City Hollywood, UCB). TV credits include New Girl, 2 Broke Girls, Zeke and Luther, Parental Discretion, JONAS L.A and LOGO’s “New NowNext Awards” (OMFG Internet Award Nominee). Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama graduate.
Kurt Ela, originally from a small town in New England has been a working actor in LA for the past 10 years. Bridging his commercial success into network television, he landed his first Series Regular role on a pilot for CBS with Martin Lawrence. He is a graduate of The Second City conservatory of Los Angeles. Past tv credits include spots on Men at Work, Suburgatory, Work it, Hot in Cleveland and $#*t my Dad Says. Right now he is waiting to hear about a pilot he did in Dec that is untitled produced by Mark Wahlberg and Steve Levinson for HBO. He is repped by Brandy Gold at Talentworks and managed by Laina Cohn.

Whether creating a web series or a feature film – what skills help you be successful?
Panel Members:
Michael Berryte is a LA-local who has had the fortune of “making it” on Youtube. In addition to his position as editor for Smosh (currently the most subscribed channel on Youtube), Michael has found success in his own channel, Belated Media, and specifically through a viral hit “What If Star Wars Episode I Were Good.” He is currently working on a follow-up for Episode II. When not editing, he can be found improvising at ComedySportz Los Angeles.
Ryan Finnerty is the head writer for Smosh (currently the most subscribed show on Youtube ) and co-creator of the Teleporting Fat Guy and Smosh Babies cartoon series (Shut Up Cartoons). He is also the writer/producer of the horror films Rogue River (2012 Grindstone/Lionsgate) and Children of Sorrow (2013 After Dark/Lionsgate).
